Throughout my past decade of photographing people, I’ve learned that having a successful shoot isn’t just about well-crafted images. It’s about creating a relaxed and comfortable experience. 99% of the people I’ve worked with start off by telling me why they don’t take a good picture or dislike being in front of a camera. 100% of the time, the problem was that they didn’t have a photographer who they felt comfortable being themselves around.
Priority #1 is customer service.
My mantra has always been to treat others how I would like to be treated. My clients experience that in my service from our first correspondence to the final image delivery, continuing into our future sessions.
